Data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

  • Account: email, password (hashed), display name, game server (EU / Americas / Asia), Discord ID if you sign in via OAuth.
  • Subscription: Stripe customer ID, subscription status, invoices (managed by Stripe).
  • Usage: last 10 calculation history entries (item, settings, results), referral code.
  • Technical: server logs (IP address, date/time, browser), language cookie, session cookie.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the service and managing your account (contract — GDPR Art. 6.1.b).
  • Payments and billing via Stripe (contract).
  • Discord login and optional DM export (consent / legitimate interest).
  • Audience analytics via Google Tag Manager, only after cookie consent (consent — Art. 6.1.a).
  • Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

Recipients and processors

  • Stripe — payments (Stripe privacy).
  • Discord — OAuth and bot DMs (Discord privacy).
  • Google — analytics via GTM if accepted (Google privacy).
  • Albion Online Data Project — public market prices (no personal data sent).
  • Host — OVH.

Retention

  • Account: while active, then deletion or anonymization within 3 years of last activity.
  • Billing data: legal accounting period (10 years).
  • Calculation history: last 10 per user, deleted with the account.
  • Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
